Shipping and Delivery Information

We offer the following the delivery options:

Our Standard Delivery service costs just £4.00, giving you quick and efficient delivery that doesn’t break the bank – and if you’re spending over £50.00, delivery is FREE!

Delivery is within 3-5* working days of your order being placed. Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Gavastie Collection, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery is fully trackable – we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched. You can also track your order through My Account‘. 

If you have placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that all qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may be sent in one parcel. You’ll be able to see whether they’ve been shipped together if the tracking information for each of your orders is the same.

The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been passed on to the applicable carrier. 

After your payment is authorised and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

A signature may be required on receipt.

You may be presented with additional delivery features, so be sure to check your tracking to see what options are available to you.

If you’re not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Gavastie does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Gavastie reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
